Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, the external links you added to the page Las Vegas do not comply with our guidelines for external links. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. --jpgordon∇∆∇∆ 15:20, 29 June 2007 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on Luxury Mortgage Group, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Tikiwont 09:54, 3 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Container terminal. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. GSS (talk) 06:02, 10 May 2016 (UTC)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Container terminal. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. General Ization Talk 12:00, 10 May 2016 (UTC)

Request reason:
I'm sorry for getting in an edit war. I provided a link to original photos that I thought would be honestly useful to readers. Anyways, I will NOT edit "Container Terminal" again and I will respect other users even when I seriously feel that they are wrong. Next time I'll just let it go. I would like to contribute things to Wikipedia but I'll be more humble and avoid edit wars if you allow me back. Thanks for your time. Foxdirect (talk) 10:09, 11 May 2016 (UTC)
Decline reason:
While your edit warring was a contributing factor, it was not the primary concern. Your account has only been used for advertising or promotion. Yamla (talk) 12:03, 11 May 2016 (UTC)

Request reason:
Ok, thanks for taking the time to review. I'd love to contribute some non-advertising or promotion based knowledge, but I understand your decision. Thanks anyways. Foxdirect (talk) 12:12, 11 May 2016 (UTC)
Decline reason:
I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that
- the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
- the block is no longer necessary because you
- understand what you have been blocked for,
- will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
- will make useful contributions instead.
Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. OhNoitsJamie Talk 13:31, 11 May 2016 (UTC)
