The editor could have chosen the user name as a close guide to the content itself and the name as a link to the sub-page. This is how I did this, as awkward as it may seem, when I contributed some information on this article. I have gathered information relative to this individual over several years and have a special interest in the interdisciplinary arts. Often, these individuals are not as easily forced into a category.

Granted, “the burden of proof for verifiability lies on the creator (initial author) of an article, but a lack of references doesn't mean an article is false, nor that it is non-notable.” Since I am the initiator of this article, I carry the burden of listing referenced material. “An article can only be deleted if no sources can be found after reasonable efforts have been made.” There are some sources listed here, and verified content. I, and hopefully other editors, will find and add others.

However, “simply deleting all unreferenced articles would leave a huge hole in Wikipedia's coverage; that isn't going to happen. Deleting all unsourced statements also isn't going to happen: certainly the majority of such statements are true.” “Remember, only a tiny percentage of articles have citations/sources for all important information.”

Trying to encourage editors, such as myself and other contributors, to provide only easily accessible references may deter new editors from contributing good material. Some of my references are certainly valid but are unfortunately archived and difficult to find. I am currently searching for more easily accessible references. I tend to disagree. Some verifiable references have been added and many articles on Wikipedia are created by editors who focus on one particular article. Can the content really be completely superfluous. I would think superfluous would do. I sense some bias. This article definitely concerns a person of notability, substance, depth, and some longevity. There are other articles on creative individuals in Wikipedia which seem to emphasize the superficial aspects of notability over and above actual achievement. Is this what Wikipedia is evolving into- A place marker for anyone heavily connected to Pop culture. Fpm1949 (talk) 05:11, 16 February 2011 (UTC)

Wikipedia is also no place for deletionists to dominate and force their opinions based on assumptions with little or no evidence. I'm no inclusionist, but unsubstantiated objectivity and overconcern for the "reputation" of Wikipedia can cloud any attempt at fair mindedness.
