- Why? You've been given a nice welcome message that pointed out that your edits violate Wikipedia's neutrality policy. Then you've been given a gentle warning about the same issue. Then progressively sterner warnings about the same issue. The fact that you asked the question in German tells me you may not understand English well enough to understand the warnings, in which case you may be more successful editing at the German language Wikipedia. - Well as an account that is only a day old it takes some hard graft to get this level of warning already. Thus you may well be seen as a wp:nothere account.
