Hi editors,

I fully understand the consequences of the blocking. I have read and understood the copyright rules and promise, moving forward not to resort to any further violations. Let this be my warning and once I commit the same violation, I will fully support the indefinite blocking of this account.

Appealing that I be given consideration with an assurance that I will always apply the Copyright rules of Wikipedia, including use of Creative Commons contents for future editing.

Hoping for your understanding and favorable response. Thank you.

Bea Alonzo[edit]

Can you please stop adding unnecessary trivial information on the actress's filmography. Director, budget and film genre belong to the film's page not on any of the casts' filmography. Also, can you please stop adding unnotable awards from unnotable bodies like schools. Carl Francis (talk) 18:13, 7 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for August 18[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Problems with upload of File:Cinemalaya15.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Cinemalaya15.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

To add this information, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the information to the image's description. If you need help, post your question on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 10:30, 14 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on R.G. Manabat & Co. requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://home.kpmg/ph/en/home/about/overview.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. September 2019[edit]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without evidence of permission. Please take this opportunity to ensure that you understand our copyright policy and our policies regarding how to use non-free content.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  MER-C 11:32, 28 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Further to that, if you think pasting this into Wikipedia is appropriate, you shouldn't be editing. MER-C 11:33, 28 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Appeal on the blocking[edit]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Hi MER, Good day. Please be considerate and I am appealing to your kind heart to allow me to edit again as I was still in progress to add the references that time and did not notice that it was published as copied. I promise not to repeat the same mistake again and keep/respect the copyright rules and policies of Wikipedia. Hoping for your consideration. Thank you in advance. Guilbs2015 (talk) 14:40, 9 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

This does not assure me that you understand policy on copyrights, and you seem to have a conflict of interest and paid editing relationship that you have not disclosed, given the edit pointed out above. You won't be unblocked to keep editing about your council or anything related to your conflict of interest. You will have to give a much better idea of the edits you want to make, assure the next administrator that you understand you need to communicate with other editors and explain what copyright is in your own words before an unblock can be considered. As such, I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 15:22, 12 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

There are multiple issues here:

  1. The above appeal is your first edit in any talk namespace of 522.
  2. That you don't even pay attention to this page or what you are doing, because R.G. Manabat & Co. was deleted twice for copyright violations.
  3. That some of the text you have pasted into Wikipedia was written in the first person.

It's quite clear you do not have the necessary clue for editing Wikipedia. MER-C 14:59, 12 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Please unblock. Will not abuse editing and contribute very helpful information. Guilbs2015 (talk) 17:30, 21 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Roberto G. Manabat has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Created by a likely UPE since blocked for copyright violations, coverage appears to be from non-independent sources only.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. signed, Rosguill talk 00:10, 30 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
