Copyright problem on List of Christian heresies[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions; however, please remember the essential rule of respecting copyrights. Edits to Wikipedia, such as your edit to the page List of Christian heresies, may not contain material from copyrighted sources unless used with permission. It is almost never okay to copy extensive text out of a book or website and paste it into a Wikipedia article with little or no alteration, though you can clearly and briefly quote copyrighted text in the right circumstances. Content that does not comply with this legal rule must be removed. For more information on this, see:

If you still have questions, there is a new contributor's help page, or you can click here to ask a question on your talk page and someone will be along to answer it shortly. You may also find the following pages useful for a general introduction to Wikipedia:

I hope you enjoy editing Wikipedia! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page if you want to get in touch with me. Again, welcome! — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 19:28, 25 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I have reverted all of your edits to this article. They were extremely POV, supported only by utterly unreliable sources like YouTube, and some of them were outright BLP violations. This is not to mention the large number of copyright violations, some of which Diannaa has already dealt with. I recommend you discuss things on the talk page to gain the consensus of other editors before adding any of that content back. ♠PMC(talk) 03:09, 27 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Final warning: If you re-add the removed content again without discussing it on some talk page, somewhere, anywhere, preferably the one belonging to the article itself, I will block you. It is absolutely not appropriate for Wikipedia in its current form. ♠PMC(talk) 04:27, 27 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

April 2018[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on List of Christian heresies. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. TonyBallioni (talk) 04:28, 27 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
