Welcome

[edit]

Hello Hdeare and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your contributions, such as the ones to David Moyes, do not conform to our policies. For more information on this, see Wikipedia's policies on vandalism and limits on acceptable additions. If you'd like to experiment with the wiki's syntax, please do so in the sandbox (but beware that the contents of the sandbox are deleted frequently) rather than in articles.

If you still have questions, there is a Help desk, or you can click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. You may also find the following pages useful for a general introduction to Wikipedia.

I hope you enjoy editing and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page if you want to get in touch with me. Again, welcome! Egghead06 (talk) 15:28, 20 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Your submission at Articles for creation: Harry Deare (January 21)

[edit]
Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by TheAafi was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Harry Deare, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. ─ The Aafī (talk) 12:05, 21 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a Wikipedia article, or a draft for a Wikipedia article, about yourself, at Harry Deare. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you. Oh Shut Up

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Harry Deare requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

Please

Hdeare (talk) 16:59, 2 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

As mentioned above, you'll have to read the Guide to appealing blocks and make an unblock request accordingly. M Imtiaz (talk · contribs) 17:14, 2 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I would recommend using this time to read WP:BLP and WP:V, because the next block will be of indefinite duration.--Ymblanter (talk) 17:27, 2 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Which is indeed what happened--Ymblanter (talk) 09:02, 5 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please let me edit

[edit]

Why do you keep doing this

If you really believe that you should be unblocked then please use {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} although I would strongly suggest reflecting on your edits and why they were inappropriate and what you would do better next time. There is no way that edits like this are appropriate. Spiderone(Talk to Spider) 18:00, 5 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
