I understand that we are not supposed to include everything in the sources. I didn't include everything in the sources. I included the essential aspect of the study which required scrutiny. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Emmohhaach (talk • contribs) 14:50, 7 March 2014 (UTC)
- Not sure what you're talking about, to be honest. --I dream of horses (T) @ 22:37, 7 March 2014 (UTC)

Dystopia
Hi,
you have deleted on 20 June 2003 my contribution which had been probably badly formulated by me. My point is that the course of things is leading us slowly but inexorably to dystopic scenario in real life. One recent example is the total spying-out which is being armed by Internet means. What we can do is to delay that process. If you give me your mailing address I would be glad to have sent you by amazon a courtesy copy of my book (http://www.amazon.com/Back-Ptolemaism-Protect-Individual-Constructs/dp/3000403523/ref=sr_1_cc_1?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1394928671&sr=1-1-catcorr&keywords=Back+to+Ptolemaism) where I have dedicated a chapter to dystopia. May be you can reformulate better this alert that dystopia is not only a feature of novel by also of real life. Sorrowly I am not familiar with wikipedia formalisms. If you prefer you can answer to my email: vittorio,ferretti@t-online.de

Stub categories
Thanks for the heads up! If I remember some of the most common stub categories I may use those as opposed to the regular stub marker WhisperToMe (talk) 00:54, 24 March 2014 (UTC)
- There's a lot of stub categories here. --I dream of horses (T) @ 00:56, 24 March 2014 (UTC)
Adsorbed vs. absorbed
The storage technology that is being discussed in the article Adsorbed natural gas relies on adsorption, not absorption. If you Google ANG vs CNG (i.e., adsorbed natural gas vs compressed natural gas), the results will show this clearly. Please don't move the page. (I also placed this message on the article talk page.) - Gorthian (talk) 20:21, 24 March 2014 (UTC)
- Oh, I didn't know that. Thanks. --I dream of horses (T) @ 00:44, 25 March 2014 (UTC)

Talkback
Almost as a matter of principle - i.e. bigotry - I don't/won't use templates. (In case this is too cryptic: "Please see my talk page for my response to your post".) Cheers, Pdfpdf (talk) 11:16, 24 March 2014 (UTC)
- To clarify what I now realize was a very ambiguous and somewhat vague response:
- Thanks. I've created dozens (hundreds?) of stubs. You are the FIRST person in 7 years to bring WP:SST to my attention. Thank you! Cheers, Pdfpdf (talk) 10:40, 25 March 2014 (UTC)
- Did you know about WP:SST? --I dream of horses (T) @ 22:37, 25 March 2014 (UTC)
- Sorry, I'm confused. Doesn't "You are the FIRST person in 7 years to bring WP:SST to my attention." sort-of imply that I'd never heard of it?
- But to be precise: No, I had never previously heard of it. Pdfpdf (talk) 10:05, 26 March 2014 (UTC)
- I'm a bit surprised. I found out about it, on my own, pretty early on in my Wikipedia editing "career". --I dream of horses (T) @ 14:11, 26 March 2014 (UTC)

- Short answers: 1) Well there you go! 2) You learn something new every day!
- (Possibly) more informative/more useful answer: I imagine you have noticed user:PamD?
- My experience has been that, even though she lives on the opposite side of the planet to me, it seems to have been quite common that within 10 minutes of me creating a stub, she has "fixed" it. Hence, I've never had cause to learn about it. Cheers, Pdfpdf (talk) 14:31, 26 March 2014 (UTC)
- "Fixing" as in stub sorting, or "fixing" as in expanding the article? --I dream of horses (T) @ 20:02, 26 March 2014 (UTC)
- "Fixing" as in stub sorting. Pdfpdf (talk) 04:37, 27 March 2014 (UTC)
- I suppose that's a bit problematic now, since she didn't stub sort the article I stub sorted (not the problem), and CAT:STUB seems to backlog every so often (the problem). --I dream of horses (T) @ 16:47, 27 March 2014 (UTC)
- Well, I assume she needs to sleep periodically, so she might miss a few every now and then, but on the whole, my experience is that she does an excellent job. And yes, that's not the problem - it's the backlog that's the problem. Anyway, now that you've brought it to my attention, I really have no excuse for adding to the problem. Thanks for the pleasant chat. Cheers, Pdfpdf (talk) 01:57, 28 March 2014 (UTC)
