Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Igorro 666, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your recent edits has not conformed to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and has been or will be removed. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media. Always remember to provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles. Additionally, all new biographies of living people must contain at least one reliable source.

If you are stuck and looking for help, please see the guide for citing sources or come to the new contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask a question on your talk page. Again, welcome.  Flat Out (talk) 09:40, 20 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Please see WP:NSONG for the criteria which need to be met. Flat Out (talk) 09:44, 20 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

PLEASE STOP AND READ THIS NOW!!!

[edit]

Hi. Please stop creating new articles and read this message.

I can see that you are trying to help by adding articles to Wikipedia. Thank you for that. Unfortunately the articles you are adding are not what we want. We do not need articles about album tracks and B sides. They are very rarely notable in their own rights. Such articles are very likely to be deleted so please do not waste time on those. There are plenty of other articles you could be editing instead so please go back to the top of this page and take a look at the links in the Welcome message and then, once you are happy that you understand, have another go at editing.

Don't worry. A lot of people make mistakes when they start. I'm sure you will be OK once you get the hang of it. Please don't let this put you off. We need people with energy and enthusiasm and you clearly have that. Regards, --DanielRigal (talk) 10:32, 20 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

PLEASE Stop creating articles

Information icon Hello, I'm Flat Out. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Enjoy the Silence without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; I restored the removed content. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Flat Out (talk) 12:26, 20 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from changing genres, as you did to Dream On (Depeche Mode song), without providing a source or establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Thank you. Flat Out (talk) 12:40, 20 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Photographic (song)

[edit]

The article Photographic (song) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No references, no claim of notability, fails WP:NSONG and WP:GNG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
