Agreed, your requests for speedy deletion are not based on our policies. A professor and "former president of the National Economic Association" like Alfred E. Osborne does never merit an A7 speedy deletion; at worst, if these claims to importance somehow are meaningless (say, when the association is some unknown small group and the university he teaches at is a diploma mill), then an AfD is the way to go.
