Notice of Fringe Theories Noticeboard discussion

Information icon There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Fringe theories/Noticeboard regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. Tgeorgescu (talk) 02:30, 7 March 2019 (UTC)

Notice

The article Entschluss (Magazine) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No indication of any notability. Only references are a dead link (added by the article creator??!!) and a few library catalog entries (so it exists). Does not meet WP:GNG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. If a ping is done incorrectly

You need to start all over again with a new signed post. You can't fix it. Doug Weller talk 17:01, 15 May 2019 (UTC)

Is English your mother language? -Roxy, the dog. wooF 12:28, 17 May 2019 (UTC)
Obviously not. Jairon Levid Abimael Caál Orozco (talk) 12:46, 17 May 2019 (UTC)
Was your response to me on the New testament names Deletion discussion something that warranted a reply, because as I indicated, I did not understand it at all. It used english words that had no meaning. Could you perhaps respond at that discussion, or indeed here. -Roxy, the dog. wooF 13:05, 17 May 2019 (UTC)
In Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Names and titles of God in the New Testament (3rd nomination). Jairon Levid Abimael Caál Orozco (talk) 13:18, 17 May 2019 (UTC)

You should know by now about the need for sources

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did on Tetragrammaton. This violates Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Doug Weller talk 11:34, 4 June 2019 (UTC)

Also you used the term "paleo" while the one article I checked used "archaic" - a mention of something that has an article should not contradict the article, that should be obvious. Doug Weller talk 11:36, 4 June 2019 (UTC)
Thanks for the reminder Doug, since I made a mistake by not putting references. I will review in depth the "archaic" and "paleo-Hebrew" terms. Jairon Levid Abimael Caál Orozco (talk) 14:46, 4 June 2019 (UTC)

A barnstar for you!

The Christianity Barnstar
Dear Jairon Levid Abimael Caál Orozco, I award you The Christianity Barnstar for all your hard work in WikiProject Christianity-related articles, especially your creation of Ernst Haenchen. Keep up the good work! Your efforts are making a difference here! With regards, AnupamTalk 18:45, 12 June 2019 (UTC)
Thank you! It is very motivating. And I am available to work on what is possible. --Jairon Levid Abimael Caál Orozco (talk) 18:59, 12 June 2019 (UTC)

Ernst Haenchen moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Ernst Haenchen, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Names and titles of God in the New Testament, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page God of Israel (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Stop icon

When adding links to material on external sites, as you did to New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures, please ensure that the external site is not violating the creator's copyright. Linking to websites that display copyrighted works is acceptable as long as the website's operator has created or licensed the work. Knowingly directing others to a site that violates copyright may be considered contributory infringement. This is particularly relevant when linking to sites such as YouTube or Sci-Hub, where due care should be taken to avoid linking to material that violates its creator's copyright. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you believe the linked site is not violating copyright with respect to the material, then you should do one of the following:

  • If the linked site is the copyright holder, leave a message explaining the details on the article Talk page;
  • If a note on the linked site credibly claims permission to host the material, or a note on the copyright holder's site grants such permission, leave a note on the article Talk page with a link to where we can find that note;
  • If you are the copyright holder or the external site administrator, adjust the linked site to indicate permission as above and leave a note on the article Talk page;

If the material is available on a different site that satisfies one of the above conditions, link to that site instead. Elizium23 (talk) 05:50, 26 December 2019 (UTC)

Information icon Thank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. Doug Weller talk 19:36, 28 December 2019 (UTC)

Doug Weller, thank you for your help and your recommendations. I even have your previous suggestion in mind, which helps me to do a better job. Any other advice is welcome from me. --Jairon Levid Abimael Caál Orozco (talk) 22:40, 28 December 2019 (UTC)
