Minor edits

[edit]

Jim,

I was just glancing at your contributions list and noticed that almost all of your edits are marked as minor. In Wikipedia, the term Minor edits is normally restricted to "typographical corrections, formatting and presentational changes, and rearrangements of text without modification of its content". Generally, any edit that changes the content of an article should not be marked as minor lest it be overlooked by other editors; personally, I seldom mark my edits as minor. Since you might not be familiar with Wikipedia's usage on this matter, I suggest that you review the criteria at Help:Minor edit for guidance. --SteveMcCluskey (talk) 01:26, 21 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Steve (Professor McCluskey):

Thank you. I had no idea. I'll study up and mark edits appropriately. Jamesdaviddiamond (talk) 02:30, 21 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
