Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:REF3 Clajot.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 09:56, 10 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Duplicate images uploaded

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Rwanda1 Clajot.jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:Rwanda Clajot.jpg. The copy called Image:Rwanda Clajot.jpg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone, and you do not need to respond. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and refer to 'my contributions' to remind yourself exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. For tips on good file naming, see Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions about this notice, or feel that the deletion is inappropriate, please contact User:Staecker, who operates the robot account. Hi. Wikipedia:Image_use_policy#User-created_images, Wikipedia Image Use policy says that images should be credited on the image page, and not the captions for images in articles. You have made great images. Please continue to do that! Miami33139 (talk) 22:56, 2 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Jimic. Just FYI - links that promote sale of a book (or any commercial service) are not appropriate on Wikipedia. Please see our guidelines. I've removed the ones you've just added. -- SiobhanHansa 11:43, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Image permission problem with Image:REF1 Clajot.jpg

[edit]
Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading Image:REF1 Clajot.jpg, which you've sourced to Jean-Michel Clajot. I noticed that that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the image (or other media file) agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the GFDL or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the image to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the image has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the image's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Images lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ==

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. I will continue .... because my work helps to understand the tattoos in Thailand. On my website, there is no money, no support, nothing! YOU have decided to remove my link, just you! Know that I put others who have been accepted by people who understood what is my work. So, everybody has the capacity to understand;) No? And, yes, I know, I read your arguments, but it's strange that there is a link trade fair here ....*http://www.arjannoo.comJimic be (talk) 22:10, 4 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The file File:Miss Belgium Clajot.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unused, low-res, no obvious use

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:02, 19 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
