[edit]I just reverted your edit to Silicon Valley on 9 July 2022. Please do not insert misinformation into Wikipedia, or your editing privileges may be suspended. All three sources cited at the time and the new source I just substituted all stand for the principle that Silicon Valley has traditionally been synonymous with the Santa Clara Valley. The evolution of the definition of the term Silicon Valley to refer to a broader areas is already adequately explained a few sentences later in the article. I know you don't edit here that often, but since you've been doing so since 2013, you might have been told that Wikipedia requires that the material in its articles be accompanied by reliable, verifiable (usually secondary) sources explicitly cited in the article text in the form of an inline citation, as indicated here. While the material you added]to the Frank De Martini and Orio Palmer articles was mentioned in the article body, and supported by citations, the same info you added to the Feehan and Bucca articles is not.
