Hello, I'm Besieged. I noticed that you recently removed all content from Locust Grove, King and Queen County, Virginia, with this edit, without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, I restored the page's content. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks.

Deleting or blanking content is - with very few exceptions, such as with WP:BLPVIO - never acceptable. If an article in its entirety is false or misleading, you may nominate the page for deletion as per WP:AFD, otherwise if you continue to remove content as you did above, you may find yourself blocked from editing.

I do understand and greatly appreciate your desire to help keep the Wikipedia factual and accurate, however there is a process for deleting articles that must be followed, as blanking of content - especially in otherwise long established articles - will always be viewed as vandalism. If the article in question truly is inaccurate or inappropriate, please use the established mechanisms available with either WP:AFD or WP:PROD (whichever is most appropriate). You can also nominate it as a candidate for speedy deletion if appropriate. Once again, thank you for your efforts and contributions! besiegedtalk 23:32, 26 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I've nominated the article for deletion. Your input would be welcome. Nyttend (talk) 04:59, 27 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
