Just because someone associates with notable people, doesn't necessarily make them notable. All of the sources are not about the tattoo artist himself, but instead he's just mentioned in passing and none of the articles are actually about this artist himself.

We need *significant* in-depth coverage (that is independent of the subject - meaning no promotional pieces, government websites, event websites, social media, press releases, paid coverage) in notable major media outlets or by notable publishers about Vardit Ringvald.
