Signing posts[edit]

Karev HaEmet, when you post on a talk page, either an article talk page or user talk page, you usually will want to sign your post, so folks will know who it's from. To do this, just type ~~~~ at the end of your post and the system will automatically sign it with the date and your user name. The actual signature can be changed in your preferences (click on My Preferences at the top of any page when you're logged in). If you happen to forget, no biggie. There's a bot that will come along and sign it for you and often another editor will use a template to note who made the comment. Thanks! Ravensfire (talk) 19:24, 2 March 2012 (UTC)
