Diamond pages

Thank you for fixing the diamond pages. Regarding NV0 in Crystallographic defects in diamond, Davies speculated on that, Mita published a somewhat dubious evidence, but the proof by Iakoubovskii et al. is rather solid. Thus there is a conflict between first and reliable. I added Mita ref. anyway.

I absolutely agree that Nitrogen-vacancy center article is messed up and will rewrite it soon. Another thing I wanted to fix is Diamond enhancement. This article was GA-graded, and then downgraded, and should be returned to the GA status, but unfortunately, it is too gemological for me. I will fix science there, but could use some help.
