Hi, I noticed you quickly undid scores of edits by user Doodifools. Is there a way to quickly undo a given user's edits or did you just do that manually on each article? Thanks! Henry chianski (talk) 12:29, 13 August 2017 (UTC)
- As well, thank you for the cleanup. I wasn't sure if I should undo all the edits of just report the editor. Cheers. Magnolia677 (talk) 12:51, 13 August 2017 (UTC)
Would you be in helping to make a materials science WikiProject?
Refrence of added information
It is repoted that the three finalist are the following as show in given references.
TPA of IP
As a Ranidu fan and Sri Lankan,
Ranidu never released singles. The person who made the article has no idea about what a single is. Also Ranidu entered his career in 2006, not 2003. Every source in the internet is unreliable. Ranidu is not a singer as his batchmate is Iraj (rapper) and he is a rapper. Ranidu is not considered a singer as he doesn't have a musical voice. Please do not revert edits or add protection in the article as I'm editing it honestly. Please stop your disruptive editing. 184.108.40.206 (talk) 10:40, 14 August 2017 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Materialscientist (talk) 23:31, 28 July 2017 (UTC)

Wanted to let you know
When reading your talk page(as a wikipage) there is an edit left by an IP address. I tried to remove it or put a header but I was unable to (because an editer reverted me). I wanted to let you know in case you were unaware. ♠Dinah♠ 🎤 00:33, 15 August 2017 (UTC)
Hi, sorry to bother you specifically, but I noticed you're still on. There's been 5 separate IPs vandalizing Lee Joon-gi with the same kinds of edits now. Could you consider protecting the page? Thanks. Transcendence (talk) 08:37, 15 August 2017 (UTC)

- Just chiming in here - I don't see any aspect of Materialscientist's account name being against policy. Do you have a specific guideline or policy that is of concern about this editor's account-name? Shearonink (talk) 22:23, 15 August 2017 (UTC)
My edit to biography of Rick Roberts (musician)
Thank you for your message to me. As noted, this was my first edit ever, so perhaps I'm not doing things correctly. I'd like to discuss your stated concern with you.
My edit was to the entry for a living musician, songwriter and author, Rick Roberts. The intent of my edit was to correct the Wiki page in a most significant way - prior to the edit, there was no reference to a most important event in Mr. Roberts' life. That is, a traumatic brain injury that he suffered approximately 10 years ago, and which has affected his ability to perform in public.
You note that I failed to include a "citation to a reliable source". I'm an attorney, so I do understand the concepts of citation and sources. I believed that I had made clear that my "reliable source" was my own personal observation at a recent live performance by the artist, and the artist's own statements made at that performance. I identified date and place of the live performance. I also noted that the subject, Mr. Roberts, has written 2 published books on his life, which I suppose could be the "reliable source" that you suggest.
All that being said, how would you suggest I revise my edit, to correct the deficiencies? I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks much!

Would you please look at [User talk:220.127.116.11 this] vandalism only account? You blocked it in the past, but I think its history of edits would justify an indefinite block. Thanks! -- Ssilvers (talk) 06:12, 18 August 2017 (UTC)
Discussion at Wikipedia:Edit filter noticeboard
Xaosflux pinged you at Wikipedia:Edit filter noticeboard#Special:AbuseFilter/351, but since you disabled pings, I don't know if you have seen the discussion, so I thought I should leave you a message about it. It is related to your modification of filter 351 (Text added after categories and interwiki) four years ago, which screwed up how it works (History). —MRD2014 Talk • Edits • Help! 13:45, 18 August 2017 (UTC)

Hi, this is an urgent message and it's about User:18.104.22.168 could you block him again the IP kept on making unexplained changes and disruptive editing. I know you already block the IP for one month. Block IP User:22.214.171.124 again for another six months. So thanks for the urgent message and I will look forward to your reply. Hey Materialscientist, hope you're well. Could you please email me? My email is on my user page.
I see you've worked on Supreme's Wikipedia and had a question I wanted to discuss. Thanks!
- I don't know what is Supreme's Wikipedia and don't recall working on anything like that. Could you clarify? Materialscientist (talk) 01:46, 21 August 2017 (UTC)
Edits to the Bio of Kayzie Rogers
Hey there, Kayzie Rogers, here. I have noticed that someone has been fooling around with my Wiki bio. For instance, my credit for Pokemon has been removed twice, and I have had to edit it back in. I am one of the original actors on this popular show and worked for 20 years and voiced over 100 characters. I think that rates a credit, don't you? Also someone keeps putting "she announced her retirement in 2017." I have not announced anything of the sort. I have stopped doing Pokemon, but that does not mean I am retired. Having this sentence on my biography has most likely cost me auditions, and perhaps income. Also, I have added my birth name, Katherine Anne Freeman and moved my professional name (Kayzie Rogers) to"other names." I certainly hope that the person who keeps changing my bio will be blocked. Thank you.
Hello,Materialscientist, I'm unitsdone. And you did make a mistake and i know that because I'm a Maldivian myself. But I don't know how to cite, and my parents won't allow me to. But, still, I want to find a way to put the information back. And where can I find this "Page history"?
Hey bud, I am concerned with User:Joep41 recent edits. He basically reverted me to favour his own images. This is a violation of WP:OWN, as he is favouring his own images. I have sent him numerous warnings and I am really concerned that his constant reverts are just causing his images to be displayed in honour of him. Please can you either warn or block him to teach him a lesson :) Cheers --EurovisionNim (talk to me)(see my edits) 14:54, 23 August 2017 (UTC)
I have contacted Nimisha to try to discuss the poor quality pictures she is adding. Unfortunately, she is not open to discuss and instead is sending messages pretending to be an admin. I encourage you to look at both sets of photos and choose the ones that add the most value. i will honor your judgement. I admin sever Kia clubs around the world, I am trying to represent the wishes of the Sorento enthusiasts, vs attempting to proliferate my own work or name.
Happy to discuss Joep41.
Nimisha, the pictures your adding are of Kia's sitting in car parks, the ones your replacing are showing the Kia driving. that one was just reverted to the picture before you changed it. the Gold Kia show another aspect of the Sorento, one that is mentioned in the Article. One of the draws of the Kia enthusiast, is Green Laneing or Off Reading, that was not depicted in any of the "car park" shots. While I understand your desire to be a photographer and a Wiki Admin, you don't have an understanding of the Kia Sorento or its enthusiasts. I noticed you update pictures of just about everything, ve a vested interest in specific vehicles and their uses. Some vehicles like the Toyota Land Cruiser, Jeep Brands and even the Kia mean more to people. than just a venue to Proliferate your pictures. I am an enthusiasts and represent people who are passionate about this vehicle, where as you seam to be just pushing for volume of edits. Would it hurt to leave a few posts to people who care about the topic? There are plenty of buses and Minivans that nobody would care about you changing. your pictures fail to capture the essence of the subject, they just represent the basic appearance. Excuse typos, i'm old and my eyes suck. Thanks Joep41
Boston Herald Edit
You mentioned my edit was removed because it "wasn't constructive".
Check the diff above, see the changes I made/lines I removed at the time. Furthermore, the criticism sections I removed were verbatim copy/paste text criticizing Ron Borges specifically from his own Wikipedia entry, not the Herald; these weren't, and still aren't, relevant to the Herald, nor are the bits about Borges' credits in video games and other, non-Herald media.
I wasn't sandboxing, or shitposting. I was removing vandalism, as I clearly cited in the comment before committing the changes.
- My source is myself, as I am the subject of the biography. I know what is the truth about myself.
