Hello.

I'm not sure that I understand where is the problem in my draft article. I put references from Montenegrin websites, that's all we have. Our league is not so widely followed that we could have news of it on some known websites.

Can you explain me exactly what I can do, what to change that article meets criteria for publishing?

The article seems to repeat a fair few sources. On a second look, this is not as apparent as I initially thought it to be, it looks like you have added more inline citations, so perhaps a new review could be done.
