Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Breathecarolinaitsclassynotclassic.jpg}

Thank you for uploading Image:Breathecarolinaitsclassynotclassic.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image under "fair use" may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content.
