Hi, I work with Niceair and you have wrong information about the business.
They do not have authorisation to use 5M as their IATA code since it is assigned to other airlines see: [1]https://www.iata.org/en/publications/directories/code-search/?airline.search=5M.
All Niceair flights are operated by Hi Fly Ltd, Malta on the IATA code 3L i.e. see [2]https://www.iata.org/en/publications/directories/code-search/?airline.search=3L.
This is not experiment and is causing Niceair serious issues.
