If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Lamar burton requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. --Addihockey10e-mail 19:29, 27 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you must sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.

Thank you.

The article Lamar burton has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki (talk) 20:29, 27 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

yo wers it go?? i maade it jus now n it were now gone

dang this no work. jesus pls help

OH JESUS TY SO MUCH U CAM TO ME

If you are asking where your article went, it was deleted because you did not establish why you are notable enough for inclusion on Wikipedia. Please note that Wikipedia is not Facebook where you can post a profile of yourself. See the guideline on writing an autobiography. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 20:40, 27 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

hey i though wiki was a place for EVERTHING. it says that 'the free encyclopedia that anyone can edit ' . so eh pls bring it bak cuz i is rly needing it

oh gawd not agin

No, Wikipedia is not about "everything". Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information. There are certain notability requirements for inclusion on Wikipedia. I recommend that you review the Help documents on what Wikipedia is and is not. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 20:47, 27 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

ok so wut shud i do 2 git ma artical bak up

Wikipedia is a project to build an encyclopedia. It is not a place to write about yourself. You should try a social-networking site like Myspace or Facebook. JohnCD (talk) 20:57, 27 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

i do hav a profil at myspce http://www.myspace.com/blkniggie4life102486

Good - that's the right place for it, not here. Read WP:Your first article#Things to avoid to understand more about what Wikipedia needs and doesn't need. JohnCD (talk) 21:20, 27 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

ok so cud u help me out here and put the stuff in tat artical right here thx

No. I keep telling you: Wikipedia is not for that sort of thing. JohnCD (talk) 21:45, 27 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

so um.. but cant i put it on my profil here???

Yes, you can put some information about yourself on your user page at User:Lamar burton, but not too much - the user page rules say:

"Generally, you should avoid substantial content on your user page that is unrelated to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a general hosting service, so your user page is not a personal website. Your user page is about you as a Wikipedian, and pages in your user space should be used as part of your efforts to contribute to the project."

JohnCD (talk) 22:14, 27 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

ok pls put that artical on my profil ok thx

No, it's your user page, you put what you want there, bearing in mind the rules I quoted just above. JohnCD (talk) 22:22, 27 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

k

I can't write your user page for you, because I don't know about you. Write whatever you want to say about yourself, but it should be mainly about why you are here and how you plan to contribute to the encyclopedia. If you want to have some userboxes, like there are on the right of my user page, look at Wikipedia:Userboxes/Gallery. I'll help tidy it up and lay it out when you've done it. JohnCD (talk) 22:58, 28 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You have repeatedly shown your unwillingness to communicate in English. Moreover, you are a confirmed sock puppet of a blocked user. You are reminded that any further abuse of this talk page (which includes continued unwillingness to communicate in English) will lead to your talk page editing privileges to be revoked. Please do not test us. –MuZemike 22:04, 29 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

yo its lamar burton http://www.myspace.com/blkniggie4life102486 wut u do2 ma profil its al uglie now wut hapun

You purport that I have an "unwillingness to communicate in English"; I respectfully protest this assessment as I did speak in English, albeit differently, and am in reality quite educated, mind you. In truth, I AM blkniggie4life http://www.myspace.com/blkniggie4life102486, and I legitimately came to this site to document my existence. Although I was mistaken that Wikipedia is for anything, I do believe that I should be given a second chance. My using an abbreviated means to write in English is due to the fact that I am raised in a society where most people type like I; I am merely following their style as I find it very cool at times. I apologize if I have caused any "disruption" and promise not to engage in such behavior in the future. I hope you (MuZeMike), Favonian, and JohnCD find it in your hearts to forgive me but not forget. I am unlikely to immediately understand how things work on this site, as I've found that the hierarchy and governance is almost advanced to the level of a democracy, so I ask that everyone have patience with me, and give me a second chance. Thank you for reading through this. Lamar burton (talk) 22:18, 29 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The "confirmed sock puppet of a blocked user" allegation I cannot respond to. I fail to comprehend its meaning and entreat you to kindly explain.

Hello? Is someone there?

I spent some time trying to help you, but I had about come to the conclusion that you were either (a) unable to communicate in clear English or to understand simple instructions, possibly a young child, but anyway with WP:COMPETENCE issues which meant that you would not be able to make a useful contribution here, or (b) a troll - someone who was actually competent and intelligent but was only here for the lulz, to enjoy winding us up by pretending to be (a). To quote WP:COMPETENCE: "many of our trolls do their trolling by feigning incompetence. There's no point trying to distinguish between fake or real incompetence – disruption is disruption, and needs to be prevented." Either way, you would not be welcome here.
It seems it is (b). Someone else reading your contributions had already decided that and started this discussion. A sockpuppet is someone using more than one account, perhaps to evade a block, and checkuser is a technical way of determining whether an account is in fact a sock. Checkuser is very reliable; you can submit another unblock request, if you like, but denials from an admitted troll are unlikely to be believed, and even if you are not a sock there is no sign that you are here for any useful purpose.
