This submission's references do not adequately show the subject's notability. A number of issues:

1. The sourcing is poor, to demonstrate Notability. Source 1 is to his college; Source 2 is to a mentors' programme, in which the subject participates; Source 3 looks ok; Sources 4/5 a conference speaker notes for two the subject has attended. This doesn't constitute the significant coverage from a range of reliable, third-party sources necessary to indicate notability. 2. The informal tone is problematic- why is the subject referred to as John? 3. The author's pattern of editing strongly suggests an undeclared Conflict of interest. If true, this would need to be declared and the policy on COI editing followed. 4. The embedded links need to go.

5. Significant claims are unsourced - which is required for this biography of a living person.
