This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

She "played a key role in running of the Leeds Schools’ Museum Scheme in the early 20th century": This sounds promising, but what was this role? (And, worthy though the museum scheme probably was, how was it notable?) "[S]he laid the foundations of the social history collections which are still on display in Abbey House Museum": potentially interesting; please tell us more. Four sources are cited; the paper by Ross (available here contains just two paragraphs about her that I noticed. If Of Curiosities and Rare Things says more about her than that she "retired from her post as Assistant Curator on 14 February 1949, after 48 years working in museums in Leeds, and 21 years at Abbey House", good, let's see it.

Happy if I helped. Perhaps unfortunately, but perhaps unavoidably, "notability" as understood in Wikipedia is key. Thousands of people don't qualify even though their [actual] notability would be obvious to thinking people; while, say, numerous varieties/instances of "Star Wars fandom" are Wikipedia-"notable" and merit articles.
