Draft in your userspace

[edit]

G'day Lilley1875,

I've created a draft of BGGS in your userspace at User:Lilley1875/Brisbane_Girls_Grammar_School.

I suggest that you WP:WATCHLIST the page (and probably do the same for Brisbane Girls Grammar School) by clicking on the little star along the top right of the page just under your username when you're on that page. That way, you'll be able to see any changes on that page in your watchlist.

Make any changes you like. I'll keep an eye on it as well...

I'll look over it in a sec and see if I can come up with some suggestions on how you can proceed.

Suggestion #1, would be to get a logo image. :) ˜danjel [ talk | contribs ] 03:32, 16 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

OK. A couple of things.
  1. Is there anything else that can be added to the infobox (besides a logo?) Take a look at Template:School_infobox#Australian_usage and see if any of those fields could apply.
  2. Seems like the school maintains a couple of campuses, this could go into a "Campuses" section?
  3. A lot of what you were trying to add last time could probably go in a Facilities section?
  4. Needs a Curriculum section.
  5. Needs a Co-Curricular Activities section.
  6. Needs a Sport section.
  7. Put in a lot of references.
That'd probably make a good start. Remember that the tone of the language has to be neutral. If you're going to say that the school kicked ass in debating, or whatever, then you need to provide a reference to some news article at some major news source that said that. :)
I'm going to keep an eye on the draft too and drop in when there's something that needs doing. When you think you're ready to move it to the mainspace article, let me know and I'll take another look, then I reckon we'll ask for someone else to review it too.
Have fun. If you need help with anything, let me know on my talkpage. ˜danjel [ talk | contribs ] 03:54, 16 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
