While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thanks for changing your username. Please review the conflict of interest and paid editing policies(linked to in the username post above) and make the appropriate declarations. You should not directly edit the article about your school district, instead suggesting changes on the article talk page. Please understand that the article can only be based on what is written about your district in independent reliable sources (except for basic information like names of schools); unless the history of the district is documented in independent sources, it can't be in this article. Even if it is, you cannot use promotional language to embellish the description of your district. Copying text directly from a source is a copyright violation. Unfortunately, for copyright reasons, the content had to be removed. All content you add to Wikipedia must be written in your own words. Diannaa, the text you are referring to was actually written by the Rocklin Unified School District's employee and it belongs to us. The original copies were sent to the California Department of Education for their records. We did not copy someone else's text. It came from our documents. The information you have on Wikipedia about RUSD is wrong. Do you need me to send you a proof of our document with the text? Kevin Brown was our superintendent. Lilia, RUSD Communications Department
