Welcome to Wikipedia!!![edit]

Hello Magic4life! Welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. If you would like help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Please remember to sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Instead of the tildes, you can also push the signature button located above the edit window. Finally, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field. This is considered an important guideline in Wikipedia. Even a short summary is better than no summary. Below are some pages to facilitate your involvement. The ones in bold may be especially helpful. Happy editing! -- Truthanado (talk) 01:55, 16 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of The Gadget by Paul Zindel[edit]

A tag has been placed on The Gadget by Paul Zindel, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

non-notable book

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Truthanado (talk) 01:55, 16 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

About "The Gadget by Paul Zindel"[edit]

I can move a copy of the article to a subpage of your userpage if you want to continue working. Let me know if you want to do that. RJaguar3 | u | t 02:36, 16 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later."

You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question at the "Help Desk". You can also leave a message on my talk page. The The Gadget material you keep posting appears to be cut'n'pasted from a copyrighted review. DMacks (talk) 01:32, 18 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

September 2008[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to Pocket Pool has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. —Ashanda (talk) 03:50, 20 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Pocket Pool. Your edits have been automatically marked as unconstructive/possible vandalism and have been automatically reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you believe there has been a mistake and would like to report a false positive, please report it here and then remove this warning from your talk page. If your edit was not vandalism, please feel free to make your edit again after reporting it. The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Pocket Pool was changed by Magic4life (u) (t) score equals -58680 on 2008-09-20T03:52:18+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot (talk) 03:52, 20 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing, such as the edit you made to Pocket Pool. If your vandalism continues, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. ~ Troy (talk) 03:53, 20 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on The gaget, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the article and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Counselling[edit]

Please calm down. Why don't you read WP:NAM and WP:5P first, then, fi you want to explain why you are vandalizing this space, post a message on this page. Thanks. Bearian (talk) 22:14, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
