Hello. The image Cairo flagpole seems like it may not actually be your own work, based on reverse image searches. If that is so, please modify the licensing on the page. If it's not your own work, and it is not under an appropriate license, nor was the permission granted to use it, the file cannot be hosted. Best regards. Please resize the images you use in articles

I agree with Dege31 - you must properly resize your images. You left List of tallest buildings in Africa in a completely unreadable state by adding an enormous image to it. Please don't. Even more important though:
