Kabir Uddin

Kabir Uddin is a Bangladeshi with great research experience on earth observation science at ICIMOD, Nepal, playing a pivotal role in environmental and biodiversity management for land cover mapping and change identification and modelling; Disaster risk reduction through rapid flood mapping and damage assessment using radar and optical images. Kabir Uddin has authored 30 articles in reputable journals, including Journal of environmental management, Landscape and Urban Planning, PloS one, Remote Sensing, Mountain Research and Development, Sustainability, Environmental Challenges, etc. His work has been appreciated, referred to, and reflected through my Google Scholar profile with over 1450 citations. He is a member of several important professional organizations including the Indian Society of Remote Sensing (ISRS), Nepal GIS Society, Bangladesh National Geographical Association, to share his professional experience

Speedy deletion nomination of Kabir Uddin
