Your contributed article, Pā'ula'ula State Historical Park
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Pā'ula'ula State Historical Park. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Russian Fort Elizabeth. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Russian Fort Elizabeth. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.
If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. ... discospinster talk 01:53, 14 November 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to Charles III, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Minor edits
[edit]Hi MaralagoPawn! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Thank you. John (talk) 23:36, 19 November 2024 (UTC)
- Hi again. This was (I think) a good edit, but it was not a minor edit. Could you please only flag edits as minor that are actually minor? Second request. John (talk) 20:21, 20 November 2024 (UTC)
- Isn't this a correction of a typo? That's a minor edit. It did not change the meaning. Mr. Maralago pawn (talk) 20:39, 20 November 2024 (UTC)
- From billion to trillion definitely changes the meaning! If you're unsure, please err on the side of not marking it as minor. John (talk) 21:20, 20 November 2024 (UTC)
- I wasn't unsure though. In the English language, commas in numbers represent 1,000s of a thing, while dots precede decimals. And Total Assets cannot be smaller than AUM... (which stand at 250 billion)
- It was a minor edit. Mr. Maralago pawn (talk) 21:26, 20 November 2024 (UTC)
- I disagree. Please be more careful. Marking non-minor edits as minor might look like an attempt to avoid scrutiny. If I see you doing anything else like this in the future, I will report you to AN/I, where I notice you have already been recently. Best wishes, John (talk) 07:46, 21 November 2024 (UTC)

Blocked as a sockpuppet
[edit]Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice:
{{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}
. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Notes:
- In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
- Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing "blocking administrator" with the name of the blocking admin:
{{Unblock on hold |1=blocking administrator |2=I've never heard of Urabura. The good reasons why I should be unblocked: 1. I abide by the rules of Wikipedia and promise to continue doing so. 2. "Possilikely" I can understand why not "certaintly" - because I'm not that person. You can see that articles I edit have nothing in common except that 1 Poland article (I also edited Australia). Based on good record and this flimsiness (this not going beyond reasonable doubt) I therefore most kindly request lenience and a presumption of innocence, a token of trust. [[User:MaralagoPawn|Mr. Maralago pawn]] ([[User talk:MaralagoPawn#top|talk]]) 19:05, 23 November 2024 (UTC) |3 = ~~~~}}
If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting {{subst:Decline reason here}}
with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.
{{unblock reviewed |1=I've never heard of Urabura. The good reasons why I should be unblocked: 1. I abide by the rules of Wikipedia and promise to continue doing so. 2. "Possilikely" I can understand why not "certaintly" - because I'm not that person. You can see that articles I edit have nothing in common except that 1 Poland article (I also edited Australia). If you accept the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting Accept reason here
with your rationale:
