Draft:Mark Velasco

This was restored in December 2014 after this request and deleted again because you did nothing with it. In August 15 you asked again but did not reply to a request for an assurance that you intended to work on it. I will restore it now, if you assure me that you have read WP:JOURNALIST, WP:ENTERTAINER and WP:Autobiography and intend to work on it in the near future with a view to bringing it to encyclopedia standards.
