Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 92.43.230.145. Place any further information here. I am on a Viking River Cruise in Austria using their ship's internet connection. This is not really a big deal for me as I will be off the boat in a few days and only had a minor change.
