This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of IIPSEC, and it appears to be a substantial copy of http://www.iipsec2006.workzsites.com/page/page/2033818.htm. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.
This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot 11:04, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
Please do not post copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did to IIPSEC. For legal reasons, we will delete copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites (http://www.theippeople.com/about_us.html in this case) or from printed material.
If you believe that the article is not a copyright violation, or if you have permission from the copyright holder to release the content freely under the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL) then you should do one of the following:
- If you have permission from the author leave a message explaining the details on the article's talk page and send an email with the message to "permissions-en (at) wikimedia (dot) org". See Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for instructions.
- If a note on the original website states that re-use is permitted under the GFDL or released into the public domain leave a note at Talk:IIPSEC with a link to where we can find that note;
- If you own the copyright to the material: send an e-mail from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en(at)wikimedia(dot)org or a postal message to the Wikimedia Foundation permitting re-use under the GFDL, and note that you have done so on the article's talk page. Alternatively, you may create a note on your web page releasing the work under the GFDL and then leave a note at Talk:IIPSEC with a link to the details.
Otherwise, you are encouraged to rewrite this article in your own original words to avoid any copyright infringement. Thank you. High on a tree 11:06, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
Are you in any way affiliated with Borer Data Systems? If so, please read Wikipedia:Conflict of interest and Wikipedia:Business FAQ#Can I advertise my company or product on Wikipedia?. You might also want to reflect on what the differences between an encylopedia article and a company's self presentation are, considered as text genres.

Continuing copyright violations
[edit]Hi Missingspace. Welcome to Wikipedia. At this point, several people (and a few bots) have asked that you could please not create articles with copyrighted text in them, as it appears you have done with Spy Story (Len Deighton novel). We cannot add copyrighted text to Wikipedia, as the licenses are incompatible. So, could I ask you, please rephrase the articles in your own words. I have provided a welcome template below. I hope this helps everything. The Evil Spartan 17:09, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
Welcome!

Help Section
[edit]{{helpme}} I have my comment on the Deletion review page for Borer Data Systems - does adding a comment mean this will automatically get checked or do I need to notify an administrator?--Missingspace 19:48, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
- If you're talkingabout Deletion_review#Borer_Data_Systems, yes it is looked at. If you need further help, please don't hesitate to post on my talk page or to put {{helpme}} followed by your question on this page. -- lucasbfr talk 19:59, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
{{helpme}} On the Charles Carter article, I have added a infobox but not all the info has appeared - I have cross-referenced against other infoboxes and I can't see what I am doing wrong? Thanks --Missingspace 20:02, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
- Links are preferred when talking about specific articles - Charles Carter is a disambiguation page, I had to go to your contributions to figure out which one you meant. When you edit a template such as an infobox, you have to be very careful about spelling and capitalization. "Occupation" is not the same as "occupation", which is what was causing the problem. I've fixed it, and the information is displaying now. Hersfold (t/a/c) 20:08, 8 September 2007 (UTC)

Does Wikipedia not recognise between Upper/Lower Case Names - I was working on Lola forner but noticed there was Lola Forner so I duplicated the info on the latter. I looked at the help faq, there is no facility to delete one of these myself, so would I simply blank one and add a helpme tag to that page, or add a helpme to my own talk page with a ref to the article? Thanks Missingspace 20:35, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
{{helpme}}
When I add a helpme tag to my talk page - can I add multiple queries to the tag or is it one tag per each enquiry? Also, it would be interesting to know, when I add a helpme tag, how many Wiki administrator/contributors are notified? Cheers Missingspace 20:35, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
- Hi Missingspace, a helpme template is a call for help; so one call is enough, no matter how many questions you are going to ask... All users who post the helpme template are added to the Category:Wikipedians looking for help. And one of those two articles (Lola forner) should be redirected to the other. But you better see the copyright violation warning at Lola Forner first. - TwoOars (Rev) 20:47, 8 September 2007 (UTC)

I recently added a draft article to my http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Missingspace/Borer_Data_Systems as adviced on the deletion review page and added a comment for the article to be reviewed on the 14th Sept - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Deletion_review/Log/2007_September_7. There has been no further discussion, can you advise for the correct procedure how to flag this article for re-review? I thought that if I made a comment on the deletion review page, that it would be reviewed automatically? Thanks. Missingspace 10:50, 18 September 2007 (UTC)

- The deletion review has already been closed - DRV's don't last for more than five days. It was noted by User:Jreferee that you should write the draft article then return to DRV, i.e., make a new request for review. I hope this helps. Hersfold (t/a/c) 13:58, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
License tagging for Image:Carterthegreat.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Carterthegreat.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 20:09, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
