Your edits to July 31

[edit]

Dear Myomelette,
Some of your edits on the page July 31 have been undone by PseudoBot, a robot built to keep the date pages tidy. The problems are:

The person you added doesn't seem to have a Wikipedia page.

If the page exists, check that you've spelled and capitalized the name the same way as the article, and try again. If it doesn't yet exist, read this page carefully before creating it. In particular, you shouldn't create a page about yourself or anyone you know personally. If this bot has got it wrong (as can unfortunately happen), please accept its author's apologies, and (if you would like) leave a message on this talk page with the details, so it can be improved. Please see this page for help. PseudoBot (talk) 20:54, 23 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Editing style

[edit]

Hi, I saw the article you are working about Poesy Liang and I was trying to fix some of the internal links to wikipedia, according to the manual of style. The proper way to ling articles existing already is [[Poesy Liang]] which will produce the result Poesy Liang, or [[Helping Angels| helping angels group]] which will produce helping angels group. Also try to keep a neutral style in your writing. Personal opinions and or feelings should not be reflected in the content of the article.

Hi, I am still learning my ropes around here. Sorry for the confusing mistakes, and thank you for pointing me in the correct direction. Everything written was a compilation of the extensive research that was made and collected over the years, some information are also found in Chinese media which are not online or translated. If there are areas that need to be fine-tuned or reworded, kindly help me with it so I may get better at this.

Also I noticed that the group Helping Angels have been prodded? (Sorry I am still very unfamiliar with the tech terms used here) What does that mean? It sounds like some of my hard work also were rejected. Again, all facts are done with back-up of research materials. How do I improve here and not risk being deleted? --Myomelette (talk) 16:45, 7 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Michael Veerapen

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Michael Veerapen requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later." You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. After deletion, is it still advisable to create this article again? --Myomelette (talk) 17:03, 7 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
