Forbes Contributors

[edit]

Hi NeedAUsername44,

thank you for the report. However:

  • Vandalism is malicious, intentional disruption. This has not happened.
  • Please read the "Forbes.com contributors" entry at WP:RSP.

If you have a content dispute, please consider dispute resolution.

Best regards,

Cryptocurrency

[edit]

Hi NeedAUsername44,

thank you very much for your message at User_talk:ToBeFree#FX_Street; I have now replied there.

As mentioned there, I just noticed that I forgot to provide the following standard notice:

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Due to past disruption in this topic area, the community has enacted a more stringent set of rules. Any administrator may impose sanctions - such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks - on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on these sanctions. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

I hope this helps; best regards,
~ ToBeFree (talk) 17:06, 26 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Minor edits

[edit]

I'd like to ask that you please stop marking all of your edits as "minor edits." As noted on this help page WP:MINOR, a good rule of thumb is that edits consisting solely of spelling corrections, formatting changes, or rearrangement of text without modification of content should be flagged as minor edits. Thanks FFM784 (talk) 15:18, 13 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Most of your recent edits are not minor edits per Wikipedia policy. WP:MINOR Again I ask that you please stop flagging most of your edits as minor. Thank you.FFM784 (talk) 12:38, 27 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Noted, thanks! NeedAUsername44 (talk) 13:29, 31 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Fleetwood Mac, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Doc StrangeMailboxLogbook 23:00, 13 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

crypto edits

[edit]

Hi, please be advised that there are sanctions in place on crypto articles, so be aware of that in your edits. Re-adding uncited content like this is somewhat of a newbie error, but you need to be careful as newbies do also get banned here Wikipedia:General_sanctions/Blockchain_and_cryptocurrencies. I have now twice pinged you Talk:Non-fungible_token#Sourcing, you might find it is better to engage in a discussion rather than reverting. Reverting is sometimes construed to be WP:TE. Thanks Jtbobwaysf (talk) 07:33, 27 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

It was properly cited, check the page history to see that the source was removed by someone else. I also mentioned this on the talk page for clarity. Thanks! NeedAUsername44 (talk) 13:28, 31 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Again your adding dubious content [1]. We are not using these types of sources. Thanks! Jtbobwaysf (talk) 14:16, 28 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Again you're making up stories with no facts to back it. All my contributions are cited with RS. NeedAUsername44 (talk) 14:29, 28 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
For crypto articles, you need to go to WP:RSP and find green-lighted sources there. If it is not there, you can be pretty much sure it is not ok for controversial content. Dont bring your blocksize WP:BATTLE to wikipedia. Jtbobwaysf (talk) 14:31, 28 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Kim Dotcom, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Bloomberg. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:07, 31 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
