Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Draft:Bitonic, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. - I don't know, since I don't know the exact nature of your relationship with the subject(s) you're editing about. But please note that this is construed broadly; eg. (and I quote here from WP:PAID)
"Interns are considered employees for this purpose. If they are directed or expected to edit Wikipedia as part of an internship, they must disclose."

- In order to publish an article we need to see evidence of notability, which in most cases means significant coverage of the subject in multiple secondary sources (books, newspapers, magazines, TV or radio programmes, etc.) that are both reliable and entirely independent of the subject. The draft content should then be primarily composed by summarising what such sources have said.
- The draft currently cites primary sources, mainly the organisation's own website. So no, this draft would not be accepted, even in English. (It may have other issues as well, but I can't be more specific as I don't read Dutch and haven't put it through a machine translation.) -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 13:50, 20 February 2024 (UTC)
