Observation

Spasiba5, looks like you did it correctly. Now you just have to be patient and wait for other editors to offer their opinions. If other editors respond and agree with the proposal, the move can be made. If other editors respond and disagree with the move, the move won't be made. If other editors respond and some agree and some don't, then an uninvolved editor will need to evaluate the discussion to determine what the consensus is.
