Request reason:
This page does not represent a group, organization, or website, nor does it edit or create for promotional gains, and therefore, does not interfere with the conflict of interest policy. Its purpose was to create pages for coaches who have a high public interest, that currently don't exist. I can understand the constant flagging, however, Wikipedia is vast, and there's a learning curve. When a freelancer suggests a page, that freelancer is a sportswriter looking for an easy resource, however, this is not an organization. MediaMGT (talk) 18:10, 20 March 2017 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Procedural decline; you have not picked a new username. Yamla (talk) 19:47, 20 March 2017 (UTC)

Thank you, Domdeparis for your notes. The article does meet the scope of WP:Gridiron, and is not a vanity page. MediaMGT is in the process of procuring information on additional coaches to create pages, however, even we realize a person has to have a career worth presenting via Wiki. Admittedly, this was the first Wikipedia page our team of freelancers created (who are in sports media at some capacity), and we initially created an account for Mr. Whitt to give autonomy. The outcome provided a teachable moment, and we moved forward with more thoroughly researched approach.
You mention that the sources don't mention him, or mention him in passing, however, we have offered strong evidence that the work of Mr. Whitt satisfactorily meets the interest of the general public through the links we have provided, and will continue to provide. We ask anyone considering to vote on deletion to please reconsider, as more evidence supporting Mr. Whitt's validity is forthcoming, as are pages of additional coaches whose work meets Wikipedia guidelines, and public interest. Mr. Whitt is a highly discussed person of interest in the subject of American Football, and this page provides a significant value to the football community.
You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.
