i have to create a wiki page for my company name pagebells.

You are not going to be permitted to do that. If you'd like to edit Wikipedia in a personal capacity, writing about topics that interest you personally, then please feel free to follow the instructions in the block message above. If you are only here to write about your company, don't bother; you will not be unblocked. Consider alternative outlets that will allow you to do that instead.
