If you wish to mention something similar to this in the future you are welcome to make use of the 'talk' or 'discussion' page associated with each article, just like how i am leaving this note on the talk page for your new account. In order to disable the new 'what you see is what you get' editor on a permanent basis you would need to log in to your account and set the relevant preference.
