The real identity of the NRT-HNL flight is NW 30, which has another identity of NW 96. It's Northwest's mystery of codesharing with itself. Nevertheless, it is definitely not the same plane since the plane that serves NRT-TPE, a Boeing 757, cannot possibly go beyond NRT. According to WP:AIRPORT, "direct flights" that change planes are not listed. HkCaGu (talk) 12:16, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
- Yes, the NW flight that runs TPE-NRT-HNL is NW 96 BUT the TPE-NRT leg of NW 96 uses a Boeing 757 while the NRT-HNL segment changes to a Boeing 747-400. As what HkCaGu says, "direct flights that require plane changed should not be listed per WP:AIRPORTS guidelines. As 1. the flight goes thru an NWA hub and 2. it requires an aircraft and gate change.
