This appears to be a lengthy test edit intended to develop a table to be used for a later article. A sandbox is a reasonable place to do editing tests, such as of tables. There is no need to submit editing tests for AFC review, and perhaps it was submitted to AFC by mistake.

You were already once advised not to resubmit a draft without substantially addressing the concerns. You have resubmitted this draft, which appears to be mostly just a series of tables, twice, without really addressing the issues. This draft lacks a proper lede sentence stating what it is about. It now appears that it is about softball rather than baseball, but it doesn't explicitly say that. This is mostly just a series of tables without context. It doesn't even say where the international championship game or games will be played.

Continuing to resubmit a draft with minor fixes after being advised that major changes are needed is tendentious and can lead to sanctions.

Please ask for advice at the Teahouse rather than continuing to waste your time and that of the reviewers. This isn't a reasonable draft article.

ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open!

Hello, Peppervalvo. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
