Information icon Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to Francis Biddle—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks. Materialscientist (talk) 01:35, 20 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Not constructive? Please explain. It is simply untrue that Biddle was the only top official who opposed internment from the outset. J. Edgar Hoover and Harold Ickes also opposed it. The reversions serve to perpetuate an incorrect claim. Moreover, I provided a source for a claim that not completely sourced. Plumpfront (talk) 02:29, 21 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I believe that others would have benefited from an edit summary, to explain why you removed the content, perhaps in addition to a reliable source(s) supporting the change. Rusty4321 talk contribs 16:01, 26 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. The Newport Sex Scandal does not deserve its own section. Please summarize it in a couple sentences and add to the existing sections. Thank you. LittleJerry (talk) 23:32, 25 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Plumpfront. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or draft page you started, "United States House Select Committee on Lobbying Activities".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material, the draft has been deleted. When you plan on working on it further and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. plicit 14:00, 6 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
