Dear Framawiki, as my June amendements have been declined, I have posted an equivalent in accordance with WIKIPEDIA Policy which states that :
· Do not use the ™ and ® symbols, or similar, in either article text or citations, unless unavoidably necessary for context.
o use: LittleBigPlanet, Realtor
o avoid: LittleBigPlanet™, REALTOR®
Can you kindly indicate why my last contribution was denied?
Many thanks.

Thanks for your reply. Without citation (see Help:CITE), there is no reason to add this specific information to the page - even if it's not a lie - because there is Verifiability principle on wikipedia. DO you have any reliable and neutral reference (like a newspaper article) that states that « NANOBODY and NANOBODIES are registered trademarks of Ablynx N.V. » is a) true, and b) enough important fact that need to be added to an encyclopedic article ? Thanks, Framawiki (please notify me when you reply) 17:33, 29 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Dear Framawiki,
I confirm we have numerous press articles on NANOBODY® and NANOBODIES® which specically indicate that these signs are trademarks. Trademark owners are compelled to (1) defend their trademarks by indicating the ® sign, especially in the USA, as it informs the users that they cannot freely use this term and (2) prevents a generic use of the sign by third partys which could potentially lead to the sign becoming a generic work and hence invalidating the trademark. A link to Sanofi's website is : https://www.sanofi.com/en/magazine/our-science/nanobody-technology-platform
I have press articles in pdf format. Where can I send those for your review?
Many thanks.

Dear Framawiki, Can you kindly revert to me as to how I can send the corresponding documents? Many thanks. Best regards. Pmartiniberthon (talk) 16:12, 8 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Dear Framawiki,
In addition, please be advised that article L. 713-3-4 of French Intellectual Property Code dictates that : "When the reproduction of a trademark in a dictionary, encyclopedia or similar reference work, in printed or electronic form, gives the impression that it constitutes the generic term designating the goods or services for which it is registered, and the trademark owner so requests, the publisher shall indicate without delay and at the latest at the time of the next edition if the work is printed, that it is a registered trademark." Please kindly defer to my request or I will have to indicate to my Client that we must obtain a court injunction to have the TM symbol added. Many thanks for your reply. Best regards. You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for making legal threats or taking legal action.
You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia while the threats stand or the legal action is unresolved.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.
Pmartiniberthon, you have every right to pursue legal action if you so choose, in your country or in any other country. But you cannot edit Wikepedia in any way while your legal threats or legal actions are pending. The only way you can discuss this matter on Wikipedia in the interim is if you unambiguously withdraw all threats of legal action. Cullen328 (talk) 03:43, 17 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
