Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a message letting you know that one or more of your recent edits to The Prophet's Song have been undone by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 17:29, 8 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The lyrics to this song are protected by copyright, so we can't include them in Wikipedia. DanCherek (talk) 22:09, 8 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, Clayton Moss (the cross guitarist), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hello! I am Lindsay; welcome!

I just wanted to let you know that i've reverted an edit of yours to Innuendo. The first reason is that much of what you wrote duplicated information further up in the article, in the section about the song itself; it is not helpful nor necessary to repeat that "Ride the Wild Wind" could be seen as a kind of sequel, nor the other information. In addition, what you wrote was not well written, as it didn't conform with English grammar and usage ~ people's names require capital letters (Roger Taylor), as do references to countries (Polish charts); also, "its" requires an apostrophe when it is short for "it is". You may think that i'm being especially picky, but we are writing words here for the entire world to see, so it is important that we do our best.

In the end, though, i don't want to discourage you from trying to participate here. if you have any questions, please ask. If you ask here and use my name in your question (like this User:LindsayH) i will see it and come here or, if you like, come to my talk page here and ask a question; i'm happy to help ~ in particular with someone who has the good taste to like Queen! Happy days ~ LindsayHello 17:00, 29 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm JohnFromPinckney. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, The Game (Queen album), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. — JohnFromPinckney (talk / edits) 18:33, 30 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Clayton Moss (the cross guitarist)

[edit]

Hello Queen fan who edited ogre battle article,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Clayton Moss (the cross guitarist) for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!
