Russian First League relegation

Hello,

You changed the 2023–24 Russian First League table to update the number of relegated teams from 3 to 4. Three teams would be relegated from the First League this season, not four, as Russian Second League has been reorganized beginning this season. I added a reference with a link to official regulations to the table, but you still keep changing it. The regulations are here and paragraph 3.4 reads:

"Клубы, Команды которых заняли 3 (три) последних места итоговой таблице Соревнования, выбывают из состава участников Соревнований сезона 2024–2025 годов."

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
