- Now really, this isn't the way to respond to this. By posting immaturely you're not any better than he is. So please, handle this in a mature manner, because leaving comments on someone's talk page is a great way to get blocked. -Sukecchi 16:27, 17 August 2006 (UTC)

Image Tagging for Image:Toukouken.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Toukouken.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

Personal attacks
[edit]Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on the contributor; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. -- Steel 16:25, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
Please do not make personal attacks on other people. Wikipedia has a policy against personal attacks. In some cases, users who engage in personal attacks may be blocked from editing by administrators or banned by the arbitration committee. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Please resolve disputes appropriately. Thank you.
Please remove your list of enemies from your user page. That is a major personal attack, and leaving it on there could result in you being banned by an admin on sight. I have nothing against you; I am just trying to help you. If you have a problem with me, can we work this out amongst ourselves? I'm serious, if an admin sees that list you are completely screwed; for your own good, remove the list. THL 01:39, 26 October 2006 (UTC)
I've removed your "enemies list" from your userpage; please don't replace it, and please bear in mind the policy on personal attacks when posting in the future. You're welcome to contribute, but please do so bearing in mind civility and the dispute resolution process. You'll get a much fairer hearing if you keep a cool head, so please try to do so. While this message probably sounds gentle, I should make it clear that I'm prepared to block you from editing on your next infraction. Please reconsider this path. Thank you. List of Wii games
[edit]Please do not add unsourced games to the List of Wii games. Every game on the list is supposed to be accompanied by a link to something that proves that the game actually exists. Thanks. --enbob89 23:11, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
Category:Television series fan user templates
[edit]Somehow your User:Rat235478683 page is being included in the Category:Television series fan user templates. It is probably an includeonly or noinclude left over from a subst: or paste. I took a quick look, but it's kind of a mess in there, no different than my user pages. :) I don't figure the cat police are gonna be rapping on your door, but I figured I would let ya know. — MrDolomite | Talk 04:24, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
Little annoyances
[edit]That Tj terrorible1His lame-ass talk page is at it again on the Brawl page. I suggest we start a "We hate Tj" club, but do you think that it would be un-Wikipedian of me to suggest such a concept? I don't know what it is, but something about him just irks me. He claims he owns the Brawl page and that his edits are the law. I wish there was a way to make him dissappear. Any thoughts? Well... as you put it: "He sucks".
Sorry if my comment is a bother to you. You can delete it if you don't like it. -SaturnYoshi THE VOICES 16:02, 30 September 2006 (UTC)

License tagging for Image:Chancho.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Chancho.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 02:05, 4 November 2006 (UTC)

It was removed from the main page. If you're really serious about it, add it back, but understand that it probably is not a good idea. However, it was removed before you actually created it, so don't worry too much about it. -Amarkov blahedits 03:03, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
- Hello! I have been bold and closed your RfA as the consensus of the voters has been made unequivocally clear in a very short space of time. I urge you to take their advice on-board and use it to adjust your editing style accordingly. Another application in ~2000 edits' time may stand a better chance of succeeding when you can demonstrate that the advice has been taken to heart. If you want to reopen the RfA then you can choose to do this, but I strongly urge you not to in order to avoid further disappointment. Regards, (aeropagitica) 22:49, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
- I know it's disappointing to see your RfA go down so fast, but think of it as a review of your edits thus far. You know have an idea of what others think about you, and you can build upon that and improve yourself. =) Nishkid64 22:53, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
- Yah man, it was just too early. Don't let the comments get you down. RFA is a notoriously harsh process, and we're all rooting for ya here. You just need to have a better understanding of policy, something which only comes through a lot of experience. I look forward to supporting your next RfA in... oh, I dunno, maybe 2000 edits. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you ever have a question or need help with anything. =) Regards, —Lantoka ( talk | contrib) 00:05, 1 December 2006 (UTC)

Concordia is currently trying to relaunch. I, and all the members of the ex-council, wish to welcome new members to the group. We are a group who aim to promote remaining civil, in an environment where messages can easily be interpretated wrongly.
Help out now!
[edit]- Try and help people remain civil! Talk to them, and help them in any way possible. Do not be afraid to use the talk page.
- Give people the Civility Barnstar.
- Make and spread some Wikitokens so people know there are people to help if they want assistance.
- Add banners or logos to your userpage to show your support.
- Suggest some ideas! Add 'em to the talk page.
We are a community, so can only work though community contributions and support. It's the helping that counts.
Decision Making
[edit]The council expired one month ago, but due to the current position of the group the current council will remain until the position of the group can be assessed, and whether it would be sensible to keep Concordia going. For most decisions, however, it will be decided by all who choose to partake in discussions. I am trying to relaunch because of the vast amounts of new members we have received, demonstrating that the aims are supported.
If you wish to opt of of further talk-page communications, just let us know here.

WP:ADOPT
[edit]Hi there,
As a current Adopter with the Adopt-a-User program there has been some ongoing developments that we would like to bring to your attention.
A new Adopter's Area has been created where you can find useful resources and other Adopter's experiences. Please feel free to add any resources you may have found useful as an Adopter, as well as recount any experiences that you think may help others. If you know of any useful resources for new users / Adoptees then you can add them here.
Also the way the adoption process works has changed slightly. To decrease workload at Category:Wikipedians seeking to be adopted in Adopt-a-user, on offering adoption please change the {{Adoptme}} template to {{Adoptoffer}} on the user's user page, and this will add the user to Category:Wikipedians having been offered adoption. Users that have already been offered adoption can always have a second or third offer, but by separating out those users that have not had an adoption offer yet, it is hoped that no one will go lacking.
Furthermore numerous Adopters have been adding their details to a list of users available for adopting, to offer a more personalised service and allow new users to browse through and pick their own Adopter. The quickest way to adopt though, is still to contact users at the Category:Wikipedians seeking to be adopted in Adopt-a-user.
Finally - thanks for all your hard work, keep it up - and if you have any general questions or suggestions about the further development of Wikipedia:Adopt-a-User please bring them to our talk page. Cheers Lethaniol 13:58, 13 January 2007 (UTC)

Little context in Talk:List of The Secret Show episodes
[edit]Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Talk:List of The Secret Show episodes, by NeilN (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Talk:List of The Secret Show episodes is very short providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Talk:List of The Secret Show episodes, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. --Android Mouse Bot 2 18:12, 21 July 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (Image:3ebef301f5a25927c345bf8516cfa054.gif)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:3ebef301f5a25927c345bf8516cfa054.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 13:48, 9 September 2007 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
