Copy-and-pasting the entire contents of the article is next to useless. Why don't you instead describe what specific changes do you want to make? In any case, your edit is exactly the reason why the article is protected from editing by unregistered users; we don't want to allow the article to be vandalized. Just so you know Thai Ngo does not contain any references and has been moved

This allows you (and other editors should they choose) more time to work with improving the article as it could have been tagged for deletion without references.
