Disambiguation link notification
[edit]Hi. When you recently edited Tatrinote, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Potwari and Pahari (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

[edit]Links sorted out......thanks
The article Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan has been proposed for deletion because, under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
Sudhan
[edit]If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Sparthorse (talk) 03:37, 13 January 2012 (UTC)

Request reason:
The image file tatrinote is continuously flagged by habitual flaggers despite my repeated requests for not touching it as the image was taken by my camera. Same happened to abbaspur image on Abbaspur page, seems some stupids are flagging it again and again. riz 11:30, 9 February 2012 (UTC)

Any unblock requests that violate WP:CIVIL and WP:NPA will fail. Period. Indeed, if this is your attitude towards other editors at Wikipedia, perhaps this is not the collaborative project for you (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 11:51, 9 February 2012 (UTC)

This guy should be permanently blocked. He does not even say anything on his profile, he says nothing about where he is from or how he has any information, he habitually deletes things and makes up facts.
EagleEye 05:07, 10 February 2012 (UTC)
@EagleEye What facts I have made myself except correcting some pages. Would you like to let me know the facts I made? If I donot say anything about me on my page, is it a valid reason to permanently block me? Has wikipedia made it mandatory to publish member's details here, I don't think so. Sudhan
[edit]If you look at Sudhans, they were Brahmin converts, it is not settled what they were, but the history shows pretty well that Sudhans were converted from Hindus. Shaikhs in India contrary to your belief were Arab traders who came to the Indian Subcontinent after the advent of Islam. Thus the Shaikhs in India and what is known as Kashmir are Arab immigrants to the Sub Continent. See history of Shaikhs in Indian Subcontinent. You are correct, in that his daughter is probably not a Sudhan, so you can delete the same. Thanks for your input.

Daily Dharti
[edit]How can you call this a dummy news paper, if you live in AJK than you would know.
Sudhan1216 (talk) 21:01, 12 February 2012 (UTC)
A very common way to find if a newspaper is dummy or not is to llok at the advertisement in that newspaper. If it does have advertisement from government departments, like quotations for supply, expression of interest fo rprojects, job/vacancy advertisements by government agencies etc, it is a reputed newspaper, otherwise it is dummy. Your newspaper do not conform to the media standards. Furthermore, in the past I have seen personal advertisement on this Rawalakot page from the owner of this newspaper. This newspaper is not either approved by PID. There are other national newspapers like Jang, Nawaiwaqat, and few more which are largely read in AJK, you know this and all of us know this. I hope this explains why I requested deletion of page. riz 03:43, 13 February 2012 (UTC)
I have set aside objection an dunflagged the page. Please add more details in this page. riz 12:11, 14 February 2012 (UTC)
Rawalakot
[edit]Dear Riz tech, ok I agree with you, about Rawalakot, if that makes you happy. However, you should not take things personally, I have no clue what you are trying to do. I started the page on Sudhan and Rawalakot and Daily Dharti, I am not related to any of this. However, you should refrain from making things personal. You are not an administrator and cannot block anyone.
Daily Dharti is a good paper, if you insist on saying that only news papers with government advertisements qualify than you must really be living in Pakistan, since the government controls papers through their ad revenues. I have looked at your other entries and I have not complained. The edits you have placed are clearly personal, you must know Mr. Ghulam Ahmad if you have determined that he was born in Poonch, therefore you should also know that Poonch was the headquarters of this whole area.
EagleEye 04:19, 13 February 2012 (UTC)
@EagleEye: I do not have problem with any of your page. As for as Ghulam Ahmad is concerned, you know and I know, he is not a notable person and only connection he has with Rawalakot is probably some relatives living there and presumably his grave. I respect every individual but to correct the facts I deleted him from notable section. As I said before Ghulam Ahmad was born before partition (1947) and that area of poonch is under Indian control, this is what wriiten in his biography on wikipedia page. Here we are talking about Rawalakot as a city, if you are not related to Ghulam Ahmad an dyou have knowledge of Rawalakot there will be no way for you to advocate him to be a notable person in Rawalakot.
Regarding Daily Dharti, all legitimate newspapers are listed with press information department (PID) in Azad Kashmir and in Pakistan as well. I know how newspapers work in Pakistan and Azad Kashmir and I know the standards of judging the credibility of a newspaper. If you have links with Rawalakot, I would suggest you to develop and build this page properly keeping in mind the neutrality. If I did not delete a part on this page, someone else will do it. Lets make it a good page. I am developing other page Tatrinote and still researching data. You can have a look on it and let me know if there is anything called "NOT NEUTRAL". I do not take things personally, my apology if you thought it so. Regards riz 04:37, 13 February 2012 (UTC)
@ RiztechConcerning Daily Dharti, I am really disappointed that you stated that the owner who you claim to know puts in his ads. This is the only paper in Rawalakot, we are happy that we have a news paper in Rawalakot that is published there, so you should stop belittling it. Also it is clearly listed with the Government of AJK and it does have the ads by Govt of AJK. Maybe if you would read it regularly you would know.
I dont really care what the issues you have, you have placed things on Pakistan Chrome Mines which have nothign to do with anything, if you want to improve the same, than do it. As I said I created these pages. I do advocate for people. But I think on the Rawalako page there should be no section for notable people, since even a President of AJK is nothing more than a section officer in the Minsitry of Kashmir Affairs. By the Way I would like to know where you are from and where you live. Before you started to edit these pages we had no issues with anyone. These pages have been here for years. Why are you so adamant of messing the pages that I created with a lot of hard work and asked hundreds of others to contribute
EagleEye 04:50, 13 February 2012 (UTC)
@EagleEye Sorry I mixed up with a NGO guy who used to put his name in that section where daily dharti is included. I think I placed a tag on Pakistan Chrome Mine before writing last message for you though my only purpose was to motivate you to give more time and write more to improve it. Re myself...I was born and raised in tatrinote, lived in england for many years, then back forth, dubai, australia and now in New Zealand, will probably be somewhere else in couple of years.
Sorry I wont touch any of your pages anymore (except notable part of Rawalakot). No hard feelings from my side, again apology for any hard feeling from your side.riz 10:30, 13 February 2012 (UTC)
You should see this page, this is the squadron Ghulam Ahmad was in, BTW he was the only pilot from Poonch or anywhere in Kashmir to be a fighter pilot.

EagleEye 02:10, 14 February 2012 (UTC)
I checked the link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No._1_Squadron,_Indian_Air_Force and edits made on it, Ghulam Ahmad's name is added by Trueblood786 yesterday. The paragraph about Ghulam Ahmad is inserted in "Burma campaign" section, it does not even cohere with rest of the paragraphs. lol riz 07:19, 14 February 2012 (UTC)

Ghulam Ahmad
[edit]Hey Riztech, maybe what you need to do is be proud of people from Kashmir, rather than trying to bring everyone down. I think if you had studied the history of Poonch you would know, also I suggest that you purchase the book Unique and Everliving, it is available in the library in New Zealand and Australia or you can buy it online.
EagleEye 17:03, 14 February 2012 (UTC)
I was born and raised in Poonch and I know the true history, there are people like Sabaz Ali Khan and Mulli Khan who re real heros of Poonch and then there are people like Ghazi-e-Millat Sardar Ibrahim Khan who made the histroy. I am not bringing anyone down from history books but correcting the errors made in it.

[edit]If you have any questions directed to user talk:Trueblood786, please put it on her talk page. If you put them on mine and don't let her know, she probably won't read them. If you have questions regarding Ghulam Ahmad, please direct them to the main editors. If you would check the edit history to see who is signing @EagleEye, you would discover it is Trueblood786. Hey Rizteh: when I sign this page it signs as Eagle Eye which is a psynum for Trueblood. It is the same thing, you can create one at the same time. The way that works is your actual edits are you login names but Talk edits are the psynums. This is the way Wikipedia set it up. So there nothing sinister about this. I will ask for names of 5 people who were given scholorships and you can call them and verify. Thanks for your concern.
EagleEye 16:28, 15 February 2012 (UTC)
Riztech I thought you agreed to leave my pages alone, so why are you so upset again.
EagleEye 16:30, 15 February 2012 (UTC)
Riztech if you go to your preferences and you can sign with your signature, and you can create a signature that is different than the user name, there is nothing sinister about this. It is done a lot.
EagleEye 17:20, 15 February 2012 (UTC)
Riztech, Finally, I am not sure what you are getting at You objected to even believing that he wrote a book, so I put the correct the references, than you object to even him being in the Indian Air Force and would not believe the same, so I placed the documents. Now you object to something else. I am not sure what exactly you want. I am not the only editor on this page. It be nice if you would also do some research and make constructive issues. BTW I think that after a thousand years or even after 10 more no one really knows or cares. If you look at Rawalakot now, it is an overcrowded city, compared to 1956 when it was just a little village with absolutely no trees. What I would recommend is that you at the very least do some more research and if you have any questions place them on the talk page and we can come to some resolution.I hope you will keep your word that you gave earlier about editing so I am not sure why you got upset about this page, you told me that as long as I dont do anything on Noble stuff on Rawalakot you will leave my pages along, was that not true
EagleEye (talk) 23:02, 15 February 2012 (UTC)
I have made some adjustments on both pages Rawalakot and Ghulam Ahmad, and have removed few tags from Ghulam Ahmad, hope bot will not undue it. There is only one tag left for citation and referencing, I left it in case by removing all tags bots trigger reversal. I hope we won't have arguements again. Moreover, I have removed "Notable" section from Rawalakot, this section gives nothing but grief, so I took your view of removing it all the way.
I am trying to get weather data for Rawalakot, no luck yet, need yearly record like January---maximum, minimum, average, humidity, wind etc whatever I could get and then draw a yearly table. If you could find something please put it there or let me know. riz 01:30, 17 February 2012 (UTC)
Thanks, lets edit these pages and keep them good, as this is what shows up when people search for Rawalakot. Also I recommend you read the book by Sardar Ibrahim he wrote this in 1990 it is called Kashmir Saga it is very informative as to the history of Poonch. Thanks for you help.
