Hello, Ronald Clurman Rand, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was Draft: Ronald Rand, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

Dear BeenAroundAWhile - I am trying to understand everything but I am quite a bit overwhelmed. I do need to ask your help. Forgive me as I'm trying to learn how to work in this way and comprehend everything. Read WP:Reliable sources. You can't use blogs. You can't use Wikipedia. You are putting a lot of effort into something that might not be approved. My advice is to write a WP:Stub that will attest to the WP:Notability of this person by using the very best sources to show he is Notable and then get that approved before going on to add all other stuff that may not be acceptable.BeenAroundAWhile (talk) 04:22, 12 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.
